The Starland Dairy has a long and layered history. First, a milk processing plant and Savannah’s hometown dairy, for 50 years. Then, an abandoned building—a canvas, a performance space, an unofficial gathering place for the neighborhood. Now, after some rehabilitation and restoration (cleaned up, but not too much), the Starland Dairy is *officially* open again—a spot to eat and drink, read a book (coming soon), and spend the night (coming soon)."
